第 19 卷第6 期 无锡 轻 工 大 学 学报 Vol.19, No.6 　 　　　　　　　 2000年 11 月 Journal of Wuxi University of Light Industry　　　　　　　 Nov., 2000 文章编号:1009-038X(2000)06-0597-04 　 外源核苷酸对肉鸡生产性能的影响 施用晖, 　乐国伟, 　刘建文, 　吴辛驰 (无锡轻工大学食品学院, 江苏无锡214036) 摘　要:研究了天然日粮中补充外源核苷酸对肉仔鸡胃肠道等消化器官及生产性能的影响.0 ～14 日龄爱维因肉仔鸡按体重随机分成4 组, 每组4 个重复, 分别饲喂玉米豆饼无鱼粉基础日粮(1 组), 基础日粮中添加0.05%核酸(2 组)、0.1%核酸(3组)以及基础日粮中含2%鱼粉(4 组).结果 表明, 第2,3, 4 组的肉仔鸡 14 日龄生长速度比对照组提高 14%～17%, 饲料利用率提高4%～ 6%.2、3 组鸡4 日龄十二指肠质量、3 组鸡空肠质量、胰腺质量显著高于对照组(P0.05);7 日龄 小肠粘膜的蛋白酶活性也极显著高于对照组(P0.01).研究表明, 日粮中添加外源核苷酸对提 高肉仔鸡生长速度、胃肠道、胰脏质量、肠粘膜蛋白酶活性均有重要的影响. 关键词:肉仔鸡;生产性能;核苷酸 中图分类号:S831.5　　　　　　　　文献标识码:A The Effect of Supplement Nucleotides on Performance of Broiler hickens SHI Yong-hui, LE Guo-wei, LI Jian-wen, W Xin-chi (School of Food Science Technology, Wuxi niversity of Light Industry, Wuxi 214036) Abstract:The experiment was conducted to study the effect of dietary supplement nucleotides on in- testinal mucous enzyme activities, weight of digestive organs and the performanceof broiler chickens. Four replicates of 0 day old broiler chickens weregrouped intofour treatments and fed with corn-soy- bean meal basic diet(diet 1), supplemented with 0.05%nucleotides (diet 2),with 0.1%nucleotides (diet 3)and diet 4 with 2%fish meal , respectively .The results showed that feed of treatment 2,3,4 broiler chickens was higher than that of diet 1in thegrowth rate.Theweight of duodenum and pan- creas of treatment 2,3 were higher than that in treatment 1 at the4th days.Intestinalmucous protein enzyme activities in treatment 2,3,4 were significantly higher than that in treatment 1at the 7th days (P0.01).The study suggests that the nucleotides supplement may affect the growth of digestive or- gans ,gut mu
