精神分裂症患者甲状腺和性激素变化以及对药物的反应 陈英1 朱建宏 2 沈德华 1 段侠霞 1 余彦君 1 【摘要】目的：分析88 例流浪精神分裂症病人的内分泌功能指标，以期为临床提供一 定的参考。方法：选取流浪精神分裂症病人88 例，作为实验组。同时选取同期我院体检的 健康人 88 例，作为对照组。实验组患者应用利培酮治疗，观察治疗前后两组人员的甲状腺 素功能指标与性激素水平。结果：88例流浪精神分裂症病人治疗后三碘甲状腺原氨酸较之 治疗前显著下降，其余指标无显著改变。经治疗后，流浪精神分裂症病人催乳素表达增多， 同时男性表现为睾酮下降，女性在雌二醇与孕酮方面均表达下调。结论：流浪精神分裂症 病人与正常人在甲状腺功能指标与性激素方面无显著差异，但经利培酮治疗后，患者在三 碘甲状腺原氨酸与睾酮、孕酮等内分泌指标发生改变。 【关键词】流浪精神分裂症病人；内分泌检测；指标分析 Changes of thyroid function parameters and sex hormone levels and response to the drug in schizophrenic patients.Chen Ying, Zhu Jian-hong,Shen De-hua,et al.Laboratory, Xi’an Mental Health Center, Xi’an 710061,china 【Abstract 】Objective: To analyze the endocrine detection index of 88 cases with homeless schizophrenia, in order to provide a reference for clinical. Methods: 88 cases with schizophrenia were chosen as the experimental group. 88 cases with physical health people were chosen at the same period as control group. The experimental group were given risperidone, the thyroid function parameters and sex hormone levels of two groups before and after treatment were observed. Results: The three triiodothyronine after treatment was significant lower than before treatment, the rest index showed no significant difference. After treatment, the prolactin expression of homeless schizophrenia increases, the testosterone in male were declined, while the estradiol and progesterone expression in females was declined. Conclusion: The thyroid function and sex hormones between homeless schizophrenia and physical health people had no significant difference, after treatment with risperidone.
