大椎穴敷贴联合氯雷他定治疗慢ft湿疹72例疗效分析 2018-03-21 10:12:00中国现代医生2018年2期 高玉琳 ［ ］目的研究慢性湿疹采用氯雷他定联合大椎穴敷贴治疗的效果。方法将144例慢性湿 疹患者分成对照组和治疗组，每组72例。对照组单纯采用氯雷他定进行治疗；治疗组采用氯雷他定 联合大椎穴敷贴进行治疗，比较两组治疗效果及不艮反应发生率，记录患者治疗前后各实验室指标变 化、症状消失时间及治疗总时间。结果治疗组患者慢性湿疹治疗总有效率为90.3%明显高于对照组 的73.6% (PvO.05)；用药过程中出现的不良反应仅有3例，少于对照组的12例(P0.05)；在用 药治疗前后胸腺活化调节趋化因子、免疫球蛋白、嗜酸性粒细胞计数相关指标水平上，治疗组的改善 幅度大于对照组(PvO.05)：湿疹症状消失时间和治疗总时间短丁?对照组(P0.05) o结论 慢性 湿疹患者采用氯雷他定联合大椎穴敷贴进行治疗，能够在短时间内控制症状，减少不良反应，提高治 疗效果。 ［关键词］慢性；湿疹；氯雷他定；大椎穴敷贴 ［中图分类号］R758.23 ［文献标识码］B ［文章编号］1673?9701 (2018) 02-0086-03 ［Abstract］ Objective To study the therapeutic effect of loratadine combined with Dazhui acupoint external application on chronic eczema? Methods 144 patients with chronic eczema were divided into control group and treatment group, with 72 cases in each group? The control group was treated with loratadine alone, and the treatment group was treated with loratadine combined with traditional Chinese medicine Dazhui acupoint external application. The treatment effect and the incidenee of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups? The changes of laboratory indexes, disappearance time of symptoms and total treatment time were recorded? Results The total effective rate of chronic eczema (90.3%) in treatment group was obviously higher than 73.6% in control group (P0.05)? There were only 3 cases of adverse reactions in treatment group, fewer than 12 cases in control group (P0.05)? The disappearanee time and the total time of treatment for eczema were shorter than those in the control group (P0.05) . The impoveme nt of thymic activati on-regulated chemoki ne, immuno globulin and eosi nophil count before and after treatment was greater than that of the control group (PvO.05)? Conclusion Loratadine combined with traditional Chinese medicine Dazhui acupoint external application used in chronic eczema patients can control the symptoms in a short time, reduce adverse reactions and improve the therapeutic effect. ［Key words］ Chronic； Eczema； Loratadine； Dazhui
