华 华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文 II II Abstract In the 1990s, Internet has a rapid economic development and the business model concept has gradually extend from the theoretical to enterprise?s practice. The business model conclude the enterprise products, business services, and information flow, it is a whole system concept, any organization has its system operation as a basis for the survival and development. At present, the management of research levels and management practices level are aware of: the enterprise to adapt to globalization and digital information spurt development. If company want to create continuable value, it must reform the original commercial mode of operation, the reform must based on rational analysis and research to design suitable business model for this market environment. This thesis classify the current travel agency business model on the companys business activities, it combined with structure elements of the business model which based on the previous studies: the target customer, value content, items of business, transaction structure, stakeholders the five modules on the travel agency business model design. This paper do some comparative analysis in Yichang?s three representative travel agency—— Xiazhou Travel Agency, Three Gorges Travel Agency, YIchang Travel Agency, in view of the Yichang tourism market situation, designed a new travel agency business model, and explained the new business models of structural elements and design basis, and interpreted on this business model in different stages of development process. In this paper, though the study of the travel agency business model?s the design and the structural elements explain,hope this work could give some help to design business model for the specific company groups.
