However, existing research on business and non-profit association mainly from the developed Western nations, research on the enterprises and non-profit organizations alliance is blank, theoretical almost blank in state, suitable for the national research is extremely scarce. Therefore, based on the conditions of China, study the external environmental factors and the internal organization of causes, Union and management patterns, barriers and other issues in-depth in the context of Chinas market economy development and building a harmonious society in the context of business and non-profit organizations Union, My guidance for enterprises and non-profit organization organized practice Union is of great realistic significance. Many scholars also apply the searching method of game theory to make decision of the company’s management tactics. This paper will first apply game theory research methods to non-profit organizations and profit organizations. Firstly, this paper will present a detailed of non-profit organizations and profit organizations strategic alliances and then use the cooperative game theory ideas and models to analysis the motivation of the strategic alliances between non-profit organizations and profit organizations. In the end this paper will analysis the cooperative characters strategic alliances with cooperative game theory models.
