沈阳航空工业学院硕士学位论文摘 沈阳航空工业学院硕士学位论文 摘 要 传统的安全评价方法，根据其不同的特点，其应用范围和实用性各不相同。在定性 评价中，由于人为因素过多，受主观因素影响过大，不利于对事物进行客观的评价。指 数评价和定量评价方法则是依据于具体项目，指标参数的确定还存在缺陷，评价过程也 过于繁琐。某些依据于数学理论的评价方法也因主观因素过多，影响评价结果的可信度。 而本文主要介绍了粗糙集理论和方法的一般内容，并在此基础上进行基于粗糙集理论和 方法的安全评价研究。应用粗糙集理论，可以从原始的数据中提取有用的知识或规则。 依据这一思想，可以将粗糙集的理论知识应用到安全评价中，以解决传统评价方法中的 部分问题。 按照安全评价的一般程序，收集资料、危险因素辨识与分析，得到初步评价，进而 在初评价的基础上，对数据进行分析、处理，得到最终的数据分析结果。 数据处理是参照层次分析方法，建立指标体系，进而确定权重，从而得到评价结果。 这种评价方法依据于知识和知识库的知识，主要是对初评价的数据进行再加工。评 价过程中涉及到权重的得到和决策属性的确定等难点，并且由于粗糙集自身的特点，也 决定了这种方法本身特点和应用范围。尽管，这种评价方法还有部分不完善的地方，但 是，无疑这是～种实用的评价方法。 关键词：安全评价；粗糙集；知识库；定量评价 沈阳航空工业学院硕士学位论文Abstract 沈阳航空工业学院硕士学位论文 Abstract According to the different characters of the traditional safety assessment methods，the application is different．Because of human factors，the objective assessment is difficulty in the qualitative evaluation．The selection of the index parameter still existed limitation in the code assessment and quantitative evaluation for one project．Evaluation process is tedious too．The evaluation methods based on mathematics theories also include lots of subjective factors，and then,the credibility of evaluation results is influenced．This text mainly introduced the general context of Rough Set Theory(RSa3，and the safety assessment study based on this theory． Applying Rough Set Theory(Rsa3，useful knowledge or rules can be extracted from original data．According to this idea．the knowledge of rough set can be used in the safety assessment． The purpose is to solve some problems of the traditional safety assessment methods． According to the procedure of safety assessment，collecting the data，analyzing and identifying hazard factors，we call get the preliminary assessment，which would be based on， the result can be got． The data handling is to consult the method of AHP，and we can get the weight，and then the assessment result can be got． This method is based on knowledge and knowledge base,the main work is to handle the data further．The difficult points are to get the weight and deci
