III III Abstract The economic evaluation is a method which is trying to find the results of evaluation through the categories of selected economic indicators and economic indicators for data analysis and calculation. However, during the use of economic efficiency in the process of evaluation methods and in the face of massive data indicators, it is impossible to incorporate all the benefits of indicators into the analysis of the list, so the choice of indicators is important. The rough set theory is to maintain the original classification in the same premise and to reduce the evaluation results by deleting the redundancy, which greatly simplifies the analysis of the difficulty. In addition, its most effective advantage is that it can solve the issue of dealing without the provision of any prior information, they are completely determined by the data itself to solve the problem of departure, which is try to ensure the objectivity of the evaluation results. The rough set theory is a data table for the measure of the importance of each attribute, and data mining provides a similar the importance of the attribute data tables by contrast, it can be seen by comparing the data sheet and the related differences between the two combinations, and this solution on certain types of economic evaluation can be an effective approach. Therefore, the main idea is to use the objectivity of the rough set theory for data analysis, and to introduce the attribute significance and attribute reduction and its related concepts in rough set theory, we give a new TOPSIS method which is based on the industrial model of comprehensive evaluation of the economic efficiency of enterprises, and which do not rely on any priori information.
