万方数据 万方数据 Abstract Axiomatic design improves design activities by providing the designer with a theoretical foundation based on logical and rational thought processes. It is helpful to enhance creative, reduce design complexity and increase reliability of design solutions. When the reliability of the design does not meet the independence axiom, the system reliability will reduce and the products features will be coupled. When the reliability of the design does not meet the information axiom, many random factors that may affect the reliability of the system will be brought into the design, which would give the system a lot of instabilities. By using the relevant theoretical research achievements for reference, the axiomatic design theory and reliability design method are deeply researched in this thesis. The axiomatic-based reliability design method is proposed to provide a reliable design kinds of new research approach. The main contents are as follows: Firstly, the relationship between axiomatic design and reliability is discussed. Especially, the impact between of axiomatic design with robust reliability, coupled design type, design parameters are in depth analysis. Then reliability design conditions by axiom designed are analyzed. Secondly, by depth study of the reliability design phase with the axiomatic method, the generic product reliability measurement method based on axiomatic design are given. Then, the article takes the independent non-linear uncouped design type as example, the reliability calculation model for each design parameter are in detailed analysis. A detailed example is developed to show the usage of this mathematical model. Finally, for the lack of failure mode and effects analysis, a reliability evaluation method based on axiomatic design and FMEA is proposed.
