苏州科技学院硕士学位论文摘要 苏州科技学院硕士学位论文 摘要 摘 要 城市轨道交通的发展为解决高速城市化过程中出现的城市交通拥堵问题的 解决寻找到了有效途径，然而高昂的建设与运行费用却使得政府财政捉襟见肘， 城市轨道交通站点周边公共空间资源的开发具有回报性，但常常因为资金不足和 管理权限的分割，使得这些资源的利用未能得到应有的关注。 近期在我国许多城市发展实践中，各种利益集团形成了新的“城市增长联盟” 逐渐改变了城市公共空间长期由政府供给的定向思维，这也为城市轨道交通站点 周边公共空间的开发开辟了新的思路。正因如此，轨道交通站点周边公共空间的 资源利用应予以高度重视，以弥补轨道交通建设与运行的资金不足。 本文首先研究了我国目前城市公共空间合作开发的案例，以博弈论的视角和 合作博弈的模型，对在城市公共空间生产过程中产生利益诉求的多元利益主体之 间的博弈关系进行分析，总结出城市公共空间合作开发的要件，以此为理论基础， 通过对不同类型的城市轨道交通站点功能进行分类，分析站点周边公共空间合作 开发的可适性。 继而针对适宜合作开发的城市轨道交通站点周边公共空间进行研究，归纳出 其“3C”特征要素。通过总结这类公共空间的建设目标，提出了简称之为“CDMA” 的规划模式，即“合作开发，动态规划，多样设计，联合管理”。最后选择苏州 市轨道交通 2 号线为例，进行实例分析。 关键词：城市轨道交通，公共空间，合作开发，发展策略 I Master Master Dissertation of Suzhou University of Science and Technology Abstract II II Abstract The great development of urban rail transit sheds some light on the solutions of rapid urbanization and urban traffic congestion. However, government finances in dire straits due to the high construction and operating costs. For this reason, the construction of urban public space around rail transit sites is often unable to get the attention they deserve because of insufficient funding. Recently in much practice of our urban development, a new urban growth coalition formed by various interest groups gradually changes the directed thinking that the urban public space should be provided by the government. It also opens up new ideas for the development of urban public space around the rail transit sites. This article firstly studies many cases of the cooperative development of urban public space in China, analyzes the game relations among multi-stakeholders of interest demands during the production process of urban public space in the perspective of game theory and cooperative game model, sums up elements of the cooperative development of urban public space, and then takes these elements as a theoretical basis to analyze the feasibility of the cooperative development of urban public space around rail transit sites by classifying different types of urban rail transit s
