◎ ◎ 硕士学位论文 MASl玎弧’S 1诬SIS 摘 要 当人类迈进2l世纪的时候，我们会敏锐地察觉到，科学技术正日新月异， 知识经济初见端倪，综合国力的竞争日趋激烈，这种竞争说到底就是人才的竞 争。人才培养靠教育，而教育的发展归根到底是在师资，高素质师资的培育， 主要依赖于师范教育。百年大计，教育为本，教育大计，教师为本。因此，我 国教师教育面临严峻的挑战。高等师范教育在教师教育中有着举足轻重的地 位。它应该培养什么样的人才应对来自各方面的挑战，实质上就是一个高等师 范教育的培养目标如何定位的问题，这关系到高等师范院校的生存与发展，现 在与未来。培养目标确定后，整个教育工作都将围绕着培养目标来开展。因此， 探讨高师院校的培养目标问题，具有前瞻性和战略意义。随着我国经济、科技 的发展和基础教育改革的不断深入，原有的培养目标已经难以适应当前新形势 的要求。这就迫切需要我们构建一个全新的、科学的、针对性更强，面向21 世纪的高师培养目标体系，以培养适应基础教育从事未来素质教育所需要的具 有鲜明特色的教育人才。 本文阐述了培养目标的含义与意义，对确定21世纪高师教育培养目标的 原则和依据等问题进行了分析探讨，并对20世纪高师培养目标的发展过程进 行了反思。在此基础上，提出适应2l世纪要求的高师职前教育培养目标体系。 关键词：21世纪 高师院校 教师 培养目标 AbstractWe Abstract We are fully aware ofthe fact that in the 210 century great changes ale taking place day after day and knowledge economy has become clear．And we are also aware that the competition in the world is reflected in the competition of a nation’s comprehensive power,．It is competition for talents．Cultivation of talents relies on education of teachers．Cultivation of hi曲ly qualified teachers lies in the higher education of teachers．Teachers are basis of education．Therefore．the education of teachers in China is facing challenge．Higher education of teachers plays all very important role in the whole education of teachers．How to cultivate talents to meet all kinds of challenges is in fact a question of how to set the cultivation goal for the higher education of teachers，which is associated with the existence and development and future of teachers colleges and universities．When the goal is set， the whole education will be conducted with it．So，the discussion of the cultivation goal of higher education of teachers is very significant．With the development of China’s economy and science and the deepening of reform in the basic education， the original cultivation goal cannot meet the demands in the new situation．The new and scientific cultivation goal system of higher education of teachers oriented to 21“century is needed so that educational talents suitable to the basic education can be
