堑垫左坐医生部熊．!：芏焦论童The 堑垫左坐医生部熊．!：芏焦论童 The protective effect of thyroid hormone in rats with obstructive jaundice Abstract 0bjective：To investigate the degree of injury of intestinal mucosal barrier． the relationship between metabolic abnormalities of exogenous hormone and intestinal barrier dysfunction，the protective effect of thyroid hormone f17H1 in rats with obstructive iaundice．Methods：Thirty．two Wistar rats were randomly divided into 3 groups：sham group(SO)plus normal saline(NS)g roup(n212)，bile duct-ligation(BDL)g roup plu s normal saline(NS)group(n29)，bile duct-ligation(BDL)group plus thyroid hormone(TH)group(n2 11)．Serum FT3，FT4 and rTl level．and intestinal activities ofdiamine oxidase(DAO)，plasma endotoxin 1evelin portal vein and injury of intestinal nlucosal grade were were examined otl 14th days．Results：In comparison with sham group plus normal saline group，serum FT3，FT4 and rTl level，and intestinal activities of diamine oxidase(DAO)，plasma endotoxin level in portal vein increased and injury of intestinal mucosal grade in BDL group were increased or decreased on 14th days(PO．01)．In comparison with BDL plus NS group serum FT3．FT4 and rT3 level．and intestinal activities of DAO，plasma endotoxin level in portal vein and injury of intestinal mucosal grade in BDL group were increased or decreased on 14th day(P0．01)．but comparison with SO plus NS group the BDL plus TH group showed no significantly difference(PO．05)．Conclusions：Along with iniury of intestinal mucosal barrier of obstructive iaundice，the level of serum thyroid hormone decreased and the level ofplasma endotoxin increased．and intestinal activities of DAO decreased．The supplement of additional TH can protect intestinal mucosal barrier and alleviate injuryof intestinaI mucosal barrier in rats with obstructive jaundice． Key words：obstructive iaundice；intestinal mucosal barrier：thyroid hormone 2 堑姿盘堂匪生部蛔：!：生丝监塞前 堑姿盘堂匪生部蛔：!：生丝监塞 前 言 虽然手术技巧不断改进和新一代的抗生素广泛使用，但肠源性感染和肠源性 内毒素血症(endotoxemia，ETM)仍然是阻塞性黄疸(obstruc
