重庆大学硕士学位论文 重庆大学硕士学位论文 英文摘要 ABSTRACT We establish a gravitational coagulant addition system which core is establishing mathematical model on the basis of the actuality of Water Works in different country．and we successfully resolved_【11e problem that the ordinary coagulant addition systom is always irreliable．The gravitational coagulant addition system which can be used in difierent Water Works iS economical and reliable． We analyze several factors which influence the addition quantity of coagulant． According tO analyzing how the factor(example：water temoemture)which continuously changes influence the addition quantity of coagulant，we found the addition quantity did not change in a nalTow range of the temperature，SO give a data in every range of the temperature，and we regard it as a constant in every range．At the same time，we found the factors(example：Alkalinity,PH of the raw water)change always in a narrow rang， and we regard it as a constant too．Finally,we can establish a mathematical model，a simply function with the addition quantity and the turbidity,and there is only variable in the function． According to researching several coagulant metering ways，we make a coagulam addition metering device which is based on Fluid Mechanics and Chemistry．The device which flame work is simple Can be used reliably，and we have obtained a patent for the device last year． The mathematical model is used to caculate the addition quantity of coagulant of different raw water quality,and the gravitational coagulant addition device ensure accmatc addition quantity，The gravitational coagulant addition system has been used in No．2 Water Works of Chengdu Water Supply Company for 1 year,and it has achieved good results． Keywords：Coagulant，Addition，Model，Motel Gravitational II 重庆大学硕士学位论文 重庆大学硕士学位论文 1绪论 1 绪论 1．1问题的提出和研究的意义 自来水作为一种特殊的商品，有两个基本的特性：首先是自来水的不可替代 性。一方面，每一个人、每一天都需要它，而且它的质量好坏直接关系到人们的 身体健康，另一方面，企业的生产也离不开自来水，甚至自来水的质量决定其产 品的质量。其次是自来水生产过程的不可逆转性。是自来水生产过程属于流程性 材料的生产过程，上一个生产工艺环节的产品质量决定了后续工艺
