西南科技大学硕士研究生学位论文 西南科技大学硕士研究生学位论文 第1页 摘 要 技术创新能力是企业的核心竞争力之一，因此技术创新能力的提升则可 增强企业核心竞争力。由于当前内外部环境的变化，企业提升技术创新能力 就变得很不确定。因此，越来越多企业通过外部合作来增强本企业的技术创 新能力，企业纷纷从竞争走向合作进行技术联盟。 本文正是基于此，研究技术联盟的稳定性、合作伙伴选择的标准、依据。 当前技术联盟的发展极其迅速，但是联盟的失败率却是比较高。在分析、研 究当前现有的文献资料，发现当前的文献对于企业技术联盟失败的原因分析 各不同，但从技术联盟合作选择的角度分析联盟的失败却比较少。本文通过 研究联盟合作伙伴选择与联盟成功运行的关系，以得出不同联盟模式下合作 伙伴选择的标准、依据，以能确保联盟成功运行。通过研究技术创新能力与 联盟合作伙伴选择之间的关系，并参考相关文献资料，制定出技术创新能力 评价指标体系。最后通过实证案例获取相应数据，利用AHP模糊评价法对数 据进行处理、分析，得出不同联盟模式下合作伙伴选择的标准、依据。 关键词：技术联盟合作伙伴 技术创新能力 AHP模糊评价法 西南科技大学硕士研究生学位论文 西南科技大学硕士研究生学位论文 第Ⅱ页 Abstract Technology innovation ability is one of the core competitiveness of enterprise technology innovation ability,thus the ascension can enhance core competitiveness of enterprises．Because of the intemal and external environment changes，the promotion enterprise technology innovation ability becomes very uncertain．Therefore，more and more enterprises to enhance the external cooperation through technical innovation ability of enterprise，enterprise in succession from competition to cooperative technology alliance． Based on these analyses，the paper tries to research the stability of technological innovation alliance，partner selection standard and foundation．The development of technology alliances has been very fast，but the failure rate is higher．Based on the exist research，there is much different light on the reason for the failure of technology Alliance，but little light on it from partner selection． This paper gets the partner selection standard and foundation by researching the relation between partner selection and successful operation．It frames the assessment indicator system of technical innovation ability by researching the relation between technical innovation ability and partner selection with references． Finally,it processes and analyzes empirical data using the assessment method of AHP and Fuzzy,gets the partner selection standard and foundation in the different mode． Key words：Technology Alliance；partners；technological Innovation c
