西南交通大学硕±研究生学位论文 西南交通大学硕±研究生学位论文 第f页 摘 要 经过十多年的发展，我国维生素C原料药制造行业逐渐由弱变强，国际 维生素c制造业的竞争也因产能的不断扩大而日趋激烈，并成为目前国际竞 争最激烈的行业之一。江山制药作为维生素C行业的后起之秀，经过这些年 的时间发展已成为维生素C行业中的国际知名企业，究其原因，取得这样的 成绩这是与其选择和制定了恰当的公司发展战略分不开的。 本论文首先从我国维生素C制造行业的现状着手，分柝了我国维生素C 行业的现状、江山制药的发展及目前存在的主要闯题。然后对江山制药的外部 环境进行了分析，重点分析了其主要竞争对手、外部环境机遇以及外部环境威 胁。其次对江山制药的内部资源优势、劣势以及核心竞争力进行了分析。在此 基础上，本文比较系统地总结了江山制药的发展战略，向人们展示了江山制药 是如何通过专业化战略、多元化战略、国际化战略，一步一步地发展壮大的。 最后，得出～些启示并提出一些建议。建议江山制药大力实施技术刨新战略、 迸行企业文亿重塑、寻求与国外企业合作。 本文主要运用了SWOT分析法、价值链分析法、迈克尔-波特五种力量模 型等有关分析工具对江山制药的战略进行分析。 本文的目的之处在于，通过对江山制药的外部环境和内部资源等的分析， 系统地总结了江山制药近年来的发展战略，并就此提出了一些对策和建议。 江山制药目前取得的初步成功，对我国很多类似的制药企业具有借鉴意 义，这正是我写作本论文的初衷和目的。 关键词： 发展战略；核心竞争力：研究 西南至通大学硕士研究生学位论文 西南至通大学硕士研究生学位论文 第1T页 Abstract After more than lO years development，the Vitarrdn C industry of Chma has being strong．The competition ofthis industry is severity because ofthe scale-up of producing ability in the world and now,it has being the most competing industry in the world．Jiangsu Jiangshan Pharmaceutical Co．，Ltd．has become a famous enterprise in Vitamin C industry．All this is due to its’establishing and choosing right developing strategy． This paper started from the statUS of Chinese Vitamin C industry， analyzed the opportunities and threatens of Jiangshan Company，analyzed the actuality of the company，its’st．atus and the main problem it faced now．Then。this paper analyzed the exterior environment of Jiangshan Company，especially the main competitor，the exterior environment opportunities and threatens．This paper also analyzed the interior resources advantage and disadvantage，and the core competence of Jiangshan Company。0n the basis of these analyses．this paper summed up the developing strategy of Jiangshan Company，which give the developmental process that v ia specialization strategy． diversification strategy，interna七ionalization strategy．ht last，this paper educed some reveiations and brought forward some advices．It suggested that Jiangshan Company should actu
