摘 摘 要 I I 摘 要 近年来，伴随着金融发展，城乡居民收入均有大幅度增加，但是增加的幅度却是不 一样的，城乡收入差距不断扩大，表明农村居民和城镇居民可能没能公平地享受到金融 发展带来的好处。建设社会主义和谐社会需要缩小城乡收入差距，基于此，本文就金融 发展是否对城乡收入差距产生影响及影响程度大小进行研究。 本文首先对金融发展与收入分配关系的国内外相关研究进行了回顾。在金融发展对 收入分配差距的影响这一问题上有三种不同的观点：金融发展与收入分配存在“倒U 型” 关系；金融发展会缩小收入差距；金融发展会扩大收入差距。具体而言，关键在于金融 发展是否使得农村居民也能够进入金融市场，如果在金融发展的过程中农村居民进入金 融市场的壁垒相对较高，则会拉大城乡收入差距，反之则会缩小收入差距。 其次，通过对江苏金融发展和城乡收入差距的现状进行简要描述，可知江苏金融资 源分布不均衡，城乡收入差距有扩大趋势。然后，在统计分析基础上，从理论层面主要 是资金流和收入流两个角度分析金融发展影响城乡收入差距的渠道和机制。并利用 1980～2007 年经济金融时间序列数据，构建金融发展规模、金融发展效率、产业结构、 城镇化、经济开放度等指标，建立相应的模型进行协整检验和因果关系检验，从实证的 角度阐述江苏金融发展与城乡收入差距的关系，认为金融发展不均衡是影响城乡收入差 距的重要原因。 最后，探索缩小城乡收入差距的对策建议。在构建和谐社会的进程中，要缩小城乡 收入差距，应改变现行的不平衡金融发展战略，抑制农村资金从农村流向城市，规范农 村非正规金融发展，大力发展农村小额信贷，放宽农村金融市场准入条件，加强金融对 农户和中小企业的信贷支持，金融应该更多为穷人服务、为农村居民服务。 关键词：金融发展；城乡收入差距；非正规金融 Abstract Abstract II II ABSTRACT Recently, with the development of finance, the income of urban and rural residents has substantially increased. However the rate of increase is quite different, the gap between urban and rural areas is growing. It shows that urban and rural residents may not fairly enjoy the benefits of financial development. To build a harmonious socialist society need to narrow the income gap between urban and rural areas. Because of this, this paper introduces correlative research about financial development and income gap between urban and rural residents. Firstly, this paper retrospects the existence research on the relation between financial development and the distribution of income gap. Between the financial development and the distribution of income gap, there are three different perspectives: inverted “U” curve, expand and narrow. Specific to the impact of financial development on the rural-urban income gap, the key is whether or not rural residents can have access to financial markets. In the process of financial development, if rural residents have relatively high barriers to access to financial markets, it will widen the income gap between urban and rural. Instead it will narrow the income
