11111111\\1\\\11\\1\\111111111111\\\11\111111\1111 摘要 Y1849527 摘要 近年来，随着信息化的飞速发展，信息技术在企业得到广泛深入的应用， 延伸到生产、经营、管理和产品技术开发等方方面面。它从过去单项辅助性 应用工具，变成渗透、覆盖企业生产经营企过程的不可缺少的震要手段。它 极大地增强了人们利用和处理信息的能力，从而带来经济和社会发展的深刻 变革，这是一种必然趋势。 本系统根据我院现有办公及运行情况而设计，包括十多个科室及上下级 之间的相互沟通与管理，质量管理体系文件、公文、技术数据的传输、保存 与查阅，车辆、人员的安排与分配等等，兼顾了计量管理中对业务、设备、 证书、标准的需求。通过这套系统，工作人员可以方便快捷地共享信息，高 效地协同工作:改变过去复杂、低效的手工办公方式，实现迅速、全方位的 信息采集和处理，为企业的管理和决策提供科学的依据。 关键词:计量管理综合管理系统平台建设 Abstract ABSTRACT In recent years，information technology has been widely 肌d intensively utilized in the enterprise and extended in the course of manufacture ，manageme时， administration and product technique exploitation，and so on with fully accelerated development of infomationization. It has turned a former individual auxili町 applying tool into an important and indispensable means which infiltrated and covered all the process of business manufacture and manageme时. It has greatly increased peoples capability ofusing and processing the information ，which gave rise to the deep reform of the economic and social development.This is a tendency. The system is devised according to the official and running conditíons of Jiangxi Institue of Measurement and Testing，which includes mutual and leader-member communication and regulation of more than ten departments ，the transfer ，preserve and search of the quality management system documentation ，official document and technical data ，the arrangement and disruibution of cars and personne l. Besides，it takes account of the metrological administration requirements conceming the transaction ，equipmer扰， certificate and metrological standard. By using this system， work force can share the information conveniently and quickly and cooperate with highefficiency，which changes the manual way of working with complexity and inefficiency to bring about swift and omnibearing information collection and disposal so as to provide scientific basis for business management and policy.
