摘要 摘要 Abst Abstract I I PAGE PAGE VI 摘 要 21 世纪中国社会的快速发展，使得许多建筑企业需要大量的劳动力，农民 工一直以来是我国建筑业的主要劳动力，但由于近年来“民工荒”问题在沿海 地区愈演愈烈，甚至蔓延到内地，使建筑业的用工问题愈发严重。本文通过对 建筑业农民工工作满意度进行研究，识别影响建筑业农民工工作满意度的因素， 构建建筑业农民工工作满意度的评价模型，从而通过模型结果有针对性地提出 能切实提升建筑业农民工工作满意度的对策及建议。通过对建筑业农民工工作 满意度的提升来留住和吸引更多的农民工进入建筑行业，从而解决建筑业用工 问题。 首先综合国内外文献，结合建筑行业工作本身的特点，本文提出建筑业农 民工工作满意度的评价结构。建筑业农民工工作满意度由五个维度构成，分别 是政策体制、经济、社会、建筑企业和农民工自身。其次根据以上五个维度， 采用结构方程模型构建建筑业农民工工作满意度模型，并参照明尼苏达满意度 量表，进行问卷设计，问卷调查共回收 243 份问卷，其中有效问卷为 195 份， 并对问卷所得数据进行分析，分析结果显示问卷具有较好的信度和效度。最后 运用 Amos 软件，结合问卷所得数据，对建筑业农民工工作满意度模型进行拟合、 修正，最终得到拟合度较好的模型。 运用 Amos 软件运行最终模型，分析模型结果。研究结果表明：①建筑企业 维度是提升建筑业农民工工作满意度的核心；②在政策体制维度中，最重要的 影响因素是安全生产培训；③在经济维度中，最重要的影响因素是 GDP，即每 年的经济增长水平；④在企业维度中，最重要的影响因素是企业组织培训；⑤ 在农民工自身维度中，最重要的影响因素是价值观的转变。 因此，根据研究结果，本文结合建筑业农民工工作满意度的结构方程模型， 构建建筑业农民工工作满意度的影响机制图，分析其内在相互影响机理，进而 从政策体制、经济、社会、企业、民工自身五个层面提出以下相应地提升建筑 业农民工工作满意度的建议及对策。 关键词：建筑业农民工 工作满意度 结构方程模型 对策 Abstract The rapid development of the society in China in twenty-first Century, so many construction enterprises need a large labor force, migrant workers have been the main labor force of the construction industry in China, but in recent years the shortage of migrant workers has become even more violent in Coastal areas, and even spread to the mainland, the employment problems of the construction industry increasingly serious. In this paper, through the research of job satisfaction of migrant workers in the construction industry, identifies the factors that influence job satisfaction of migrant workers in the construction industry, builds evaluation of a model about job satisfaction of migrant workers in the construction industry, which through the model puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to effectively promote job satisfaction of migrant workers in the construction industry.
