阴阳!阴阳!仰WIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII T1H50484 摘要 摘要 尽管我国是中医药的发源地，中药工业化生产也起步较早，但由于我闺中 药产业化工程技术水平较低，严重削弱了中药进入国际市场的竞争能力。国际 中药市场我国所占份额，中成药行业简单剂型、制作工艺溶后、产品结构不合 理的落后状况仍然需要进一步改善。大规模定制的柔性生产模式既可以满足客 户个性化的需求，又可以维持较低的成本。如果实现了向大规模定制的转变， 企业就能确保个性化定制产品和服务的低戚本生产，从而形成企业的核心竞争 力，并能带动中药产业乃至整个行业的发展。实施大规模定制对中药产业的发 展将有示范效应，将能极大地提升中药企业核心竞争力，促进中药产业发展， 巩固我闺中药产业的国际地位。本论文从实现中药产业现代化角度，适用大规 模定制理论，以一个典型中药生产企业一一江西 JM 药业为例，探索实施大规模 定制对传统中药产业带来的变革和发展机遇，在此基础上提出中药生产企业大 规模定制的运作方案。 关键词:中药:大规模定制:工业工程 11 l.i.，?abstract l .i. ，?
