I I 江苏高考背景下高中政治新课程教学活动研究 中文摘要 中文摘要 随着基础教育阶段新课程改革日益深入，进一步加强和改进普通高中思想政 治课教育教学势在必行。在高等教育资源严重稀缺的现实条件下，高考依然是基 础教育领域的主导性存在。因而，怎样推进高中政治新课改与高考改革的和谐统 一，是一个艰难且必须不断探索的过程。本研究运用文献解析、典型课例研究等 方法，一方面，立足于高中政治新课程教学实施的丰富实践，结合《政治课程标 准》教学实施建议，依托江苏省高考方案改革背景，系统反思新课程改革以来的 相关研究成果；另一方面，通过重点探究江苏省《政治考试说明》与《政治课程 标准》教学实施建议之间的关系，指出江苏省新高考方案要求与政治新课程改革 之间不仅具有一致性，而且存在着五大现实矛盾，即《政治考试说明》、《政治课 程标准》在具体教学活动中难以整合；江苏高考与国家统一课程之间存在矛盾； 考试内容过多与新课程课时紧张之间的矛盾；教师主导教学与学生自主探究之间 的关系难以处理；高考选拔性与新课程全面性之间的矛盾。并结合教学活动实际 提出了相应的解决措施：一是求同存异，在操作层面上统一不同教学要求；二是 依据高考实践，合理关注江苏省情；三是合理取舍教学内容，调控教学难易度； 四是创新教学策略，缓解教师主导与学生自主探究之间的矛盾；五是因材施教， 在新课程教学活动中植入高考目标与要求。力求在新的课程改革实践基础上，构 建江苏新高考方案要求与高中政治新课程教学改革的良性互动。 关键词：高考；高中政治；新课程；教学活动 作 者：王信丰 指导教师：张国华 II II 英文摘要 江苏高考背景下高中政治新课程教学活动研究 The Political New Curriculum Teaching Activity Research in High School under Jiangsu College Entrance Examination Background Abstract With the basic education curriculum reform deepening, it is imperative to further strengthen and improve political science education and teaching in high school. Under the realistic condition that higher education resources are severely short, college entrance examination of basic education area is still the dominant presence. Therefore, how to promote consistency between“Political Curriculum Reform”and“College Entrance Examination Reform”is a hard and exploring process. On one hand, this research based on the high school politics new curriculum teaching implementation rich practice, combined with “Political Curriculum Standard” the teaching implementation suggestion and relying on the college entrance examination in Jiangsu Province reforms background uses document analysis and typical lesson example study and so on to reflect a new course reformation of the relevant research.
