硕士论文 硕士论文 江苏恒基路桥总公t日薪酬管理研究 摘 要 21世纪是知识经济的时代,人力资本已经取代工业时代的物质资本成为当今 最为重要的战略资源。对于处于改革时期的经营性事业单位而言,吸引和留住人 才是参与市场竞争和保持原有竞争优势的有力保证。在经营性事业单位改制的大 背景下,企业薪酬管理已不再是简单的发给员工薪酬或增加薪酬水平的过程。公 司必须树立全新的薪酬管理理念,运用科学合理的薪酬管理方法,使薪酬成为留 住人才、保持竞争力的有效工具。 本文以江苏恒基路桥总公司的薪酬管理体系为研究对象,运用经济学、管理 学等理论工具,采用实际调查、理论分析、纵横比较和公司员工薪酬满意度调查 等多种方法,分析企业的外部环境、内部环境及存在的主要问题,提出公司薪酬 管理的改革方案,重点对公司管理人员、项目部管理人员和施工队作业人员提出 了相应的薪酬改革框架,为企业下一步的薪酬改革的实施提供参考. 关键词:江苏恒基路桥总公司,施工企业,经营性事业单位,薪酬管理 硕十论文 硕十论文 江苏恒摹路桥总公司薪酬管理研究 Abstract 21st century is all era of knowledge economy.Today,manpower capital that replaced the materiaI capital of industry era has become all important strategic resource. For the operational public institution that is in the period of Iefo曲.it is a very strong guarantee to participate in the market competition and I∞叩the advantage to attract and reserve the talented staff.Under the background of operational public institution reform system,enteq】rises salary management has not been a simple course of dispenses or improves the staff salary.11砖enterprises must build the new idea of salary management, and use the scientific and reasonable method of salary mai]agement.take the salary as an effective tool to getaln the talented staft and keep the competitiveness. This thesis takes the salary management system of Jiangsu Hengji Road and Bridge Engineering Co.Ltd as the study object,uses the economics and management as theory tool,adopts many methods such as the practical investigation,theory analyze vertically and horizontally comparison and the satisfaction investigation of Staff to analyze the external and internal environment and the existing main problem of enterprises.Also,in this paper,the author provides the reform scheme of salary management for the company,provides the corresponding reform frame of salary management,especially for the administrative staff and personnel of item department and the members of construction tearll SO as to offer a referel]tOe to the enterprises’next salary reform.
