万方数据 万方数据 中文摘要 近年来，全国各地掀起了举办艺术节的热潮。江苏省作为经济文化强省，各类地方艺术节更是 如雨后春笋般蓬勃兴起。本文将艺术节的运营机制作为探讨的核心内容，通过对江苏省十三个地市 现有艺术节的概况进行整理、归类，对部分较为成功的艺术节进行个案研究，借此对整个江苏省的 地方艺术节发展情况进行探究。对于地方艺术节存在的不足之处，笔者从确立宏观发展战略、立足 大众、因地制宜举办艺术节以及鼓励艺术创新和建立艺术节长效评价机制等方面提出发展对策，以 期最终实现地方艺术节的自主发展和综合效益最大化，使优秀的文化艺术在国内，乃至世界范围内 传播。 关键词：艺术节 运营机制 发展对策 I Abstract These years, there is a nationwide upsurge of holding arts festivals. As a well-developed province, Jiangsu province witness a boom of various local arts festivals. Through sorting and classification of existing local arts festivals of Jiangsu province, this dissertation focuses on operation mechanisms of local arts festivals, does case analysis on a few successful ones and makes an effort to describe and analyze the current situation of local arts festivals of Jiangsu province. According to shortcomings of local arts festivals, author provides solutions from various aspects: establishment of macroscopic development, matching needs of the public, adapting to local conditions, encouraging art innovations and building long-term evaluation for arts festivals, which are expected to achieve development of local arts festivals and optimization of comprehensive benefits and enhance the probabilities of spread of great arts both nationally and globally.
