d4zaw u@ d d 4 qlllllltllll qlllllltllll 111111 III qllll ll ll Ill IIIL Y1 944536 摘 要 产业结构变动与经济增长是经济研究中的重要主题，考察经济增长过程中的 产业结构变动由来已久，然而时至今日此类研究仍然相当普遍。近年来，学者们 对产业结构变动与经济增长关系的研究给予了新的关注。当前，产业结构变动与 经济增长之间存在联系已成为经济学家们的广泛共识。一方面，经济增长使得国 民人均收入的提高，从而引致需求结构的转换，这意味着经济增长引起产业结构 的变化，这种变化归于生产过程依据需求的变化而进行的调整，经济增长率越高 产业结构变化速度越快；另一方面，产业结构变动同样可以影响经济增长，这是 由于产业部门之间生产率的差异。 但产业结构变动与经济增长之间的关系因地区和时期的不同而表现出差异， 并且到底是经济增长促使产业结构的变动或产业结构变动是经济增长的必要前 提，这两者之间的因果关系仍然未有定论。因此，对于江西产业结构变动与经济 增长关系的实际而言，仍然需要严格的实证检验。本文研究思路如下： 首先，介绍产业结构的理论基础和国内外学者关于产业结构变动与经济增长 关系研究的理论综述，接着考察了江西产业结构的演进历程，采用结构偏离度、 比较劳动生产率等指标，定量分析了江西三次产业的结构变动；其次，建立向量 自回归模型对江西产业结构变动与经济增长关系进行定量分析，在向量自回归模 型基础上，通过协整检验、格兰杰因果检验、脉冲响应函数以及方差分解，对两 者之间长期动态的关系进行了定量分析。 然后，构建了两个基于BP神经网络的江西GDP预测模型，一个含有产业 结构变动因素，另一个则无产业结构变动因素；在此基础上对两个模型的仿真预 测结果进行了对比分析；最后，总结本文研究结论：江西产业结构变动与经济增 长存在着长期互动的关系；基二：}二产业结构变动因素的BP神经网络GDP预测模 型的精度要高于无产业结构因素模型的精度，这从仿真预测角度揭示了江西产业 结构变动与经济增长之间的关系。 关键词：产业；结构变动；经济增长；向量自回归；BP神经网络 护 今 structural structural change due to adjustments in the production process according to demand side changes and that fl higher rate of economic growth increases the speed of structural change．On the other hand，structural change call also influence the economic growth due to sectoral differing productivity gains． But the two phenomena relationship varies across regions and periods，and the direction of causality(whether economic growth promotes structural change or structural change is necessary for economic growth)is an open question．Therefore， the relationship between structural change and economic growth in Jiangxi province is still need empirical investigation．The research methods as follows： First，the theoretical framework of structure and the theoretical synthesis of both foreign scholar’S and domestic on the relation between structural change and economic growth are first introduced．Furthermore，analyzes structure evolution in Jiangxi prince and nse the indexes structure departure degree and comparative labor productivity to study the change of
