万方数据 万方数据 摘 要 当前，全球金融业的经营环境正在发生迅速而显著的变化，金融管制不断放 松，信息技术不断应用到金融业中，金融全球化迅猛推进。同时在国内的金融市 场中，金融脱媒进一步加剧、利率市场化程度逐步提高、对银行的资本监管也在 不断强化，我国国有商业银行传统的管理思路和经营模式遭遇到严峻挑战，战略 转型问题成为各方关注的焦点。 目前，国内金融领域正面临前所未有的变革，利率、汇率市场化直接融资的 蓬勃发展、客户需求日益精细化专业化等，将对传统的银行经营、银行服务模式 不断带来新的冲击，金融监管水平、金融创新能力的提高也对处在多重严峻竞争 压力下的商业银行提出了加快经营模式转型步伐的要求。农业银行作为国有商业 银行上市改革的收官行，在实现 A+H 股同步上市后，国家、股东、客户、员工等 不同主体对农业银行的业务经营转型都有新的期盼和要求。 中国农业银行江西省分行目前共辖省分行营业部 1 个，二级分行 10 个，县级 支行 113 个，城区和乡镇营业网点 704 个，是江西省同行业中网点最多的银行。 江西省作为中部大省，总面积 16.69 万平方公里，人口 4456.75 万，是内陆经济较 为发达的省份，国务院新批复的鄱阳湖生态经济区是华中生态经济的核心区，当 前正建设中国经济强区，全国大湖流域综合开发示范区，建设长江中下游水生态 安全保障区，加快中部地区崛起的重要带动区，建设国际生态经济合作重要平台， 连接长三角和珠三角的重要经济增长极。农业银行作为肩负“服务三农”重要政治使 命的上市商业银行，必然要在江西经济崛起中发挥重要的作用。本文通过分析当 前国际国内经济金融形势，引出论题。通过了解国外银行及国内股份制中小银行 战略转型案例，借鉴其先进经验，给江西农行经营战略转型提供思路；通过分析 江西经济金融情况、农业银行实际经营情况以及江西省金融同业发展情况为江西 农行经营战略转型提供数据比较基础；最后提供江西农行经营战略转型的具体策 略措施。 关键词：江西农业银行；战略；金融业务；转型 1 Abstract Currently, the operating environment of the global financial industry is undergoing rapid and significant change, financial regulation continue to relax, information technology continues to be applied to the financial sector, financial globalization, the rapid advance.
