中文摘要伴随着INTERNET走进千家万户以及信息时代的到来，工程质量监督管理 中文摘要 伴随着INTERNET走进千家万户以及信息时代的到来，工程质量监督管理 也越来越依赖于信息技术，21世纪的工程质量监督管理必将走向信息化管理。 面对我国工程质量监督管理的现状和我国加入WTO的现实，加速信息化、网络 化建设，既是时代对工程质量监督管理的要求，也是我国工程质量监督管理与国 际接轨的重要手段。因此，利用管理信息系统辅助政府进行工程质量监督管理， 已经成为工程质量监督管理水平提高的一个重要途径。 本文从建设工程质量监督管理信息化出发，研究分析了系统开发的基本原 则，制定了系统开发方法——结构化系统开发方法与原型法相结合，分析了先进 信息技术在工程质量监督管理系统中的应用。提出了建设工程质量监督管理信息 系统的整体解决方案，对其组成模块：质监业务系统、综合查询系统、宏观决策 系统、基础数据库查询系统、数据传输交互系统、系统维护管理系统等功能模块 进行了功能设计和流程设计。同时，结合河北省建设工程质量监督管理信息系统 建设的案例，分析介绍了管理信息系统理论在工程质量监督管理活动中的实际应 用效果，为工程质量监督机构监督管理工程质量提供解决路径和操作模式，为从 事和研究建设工程质量监督管理信息化提供了参考。 关键词：建设工程；质量监督：信息系统 ABSTACTWith ABSTACT With the popularization of Interact and the advent of information economy,the supervision management of engineering quality rely on information technology more and more so that in the 21st century the supervision management of engineering surely will be information based management．Confronted with the actuality of engineering quality supervision management and the occurrence of entering WTO， accelerating the construction of information and network is not only the requirement of circumstance to engineering quality supervision management,but also the important measure of engineering quality supervision management in our country to meet the intematioual level．As a result，it’S an important approach of improving the level of engineering quality supervision management to llsc management information system to assist the government in engineering quality supervision management． From the information construction of engineering quality supervision management，this paper studied and analyzed the basic principles of system exploitation，constituted the measure of system exploitation which is the combination of structured method and antetype method，analyzed the application of advanced information technology in the engineering quality supervision management system． And it brought forward the integer solving scheme of the information system of engineering quality supervision management，carrie
