硕士研究生学位论文 硕士研究生学位论文 第一章 引言 1 摘 要 建筑业是目前我国国民经济的支柱产业之一，它通过改制、分解、重组等过程，不断 发展壮大。然而由于建筑业产品固定、人员流动大、露天施工多、立体交叉作业多、建筑 物形状不规则、点多面广等特点，致使建设工程项目在施工过程中工作条件差、不安全因 素多、危险性大、预防难度大。再加上其从业人员大多是未经安全生产技能教育培训的农 民工，缺乏相关知识和自我保护意识，违章作业相对严重，安全生产管理松懈落后、措施 不力等原因，导致建设工程项目安全生产事故频繁发生，人员伤亡及财产损失十分严重。 本文通过查阅大量相关文件及书籍，通过分析建设工程项目安全生产的现状及水平， 找出安全生产的薄弱环节及根源，发现存在的问题；并根据建设工程项目安全生产伤亡事 故相关统计分析，如安全生产事故的类型、部位、阶段、致因理论及成因等，理论联系实 际地提出科学性和可操作性并存的对策。从建设工程项目的企业安全文化建设、安全生产 教育培训、安全生产目标责任计划、安全生产专项资金的投入与使用、安全生产管理 PDCA 循环模式，以动态的、系统的、持续的管理方式来加强建设工程项目安全生产工作，最后 再例举建设工程项目安全生产系统工程的实际应用，提出了相应解决问题的技术与方法， 探索符合建设工程项目安全生产的管理模式，为建设工程项目安全生产贡献一份力量。 关键词：建设工程项目，安全生产，企业安全文化，安全生产技术与方法 2 2 第一章 引言 硕士研究生学位论文 Abstract Chinese construction industry is one of the pillar industries of the national economy through restructuring, decomposition, and reorganization process has grown in strength.
