英文摘要I．The 英文摘要 I．The general prevalence rate ofiron deficiency anemia in 1100 investigation population ofin Taicang and Changzhou exceeded the average level ofme investigation ofe nutrition in Jiangsu province．The survey shows that the great difference betwoBn anemic and non anemic of women on the intake of meat,aquatic product and animal oil． 2．Dietary characteristic in the south of Jiangsu province was that Com was the main food，the rate of milk and products and vegetables intake wem very low,and soybean and products intake was low and the percentage ofanimal oil was too higll，where it went beyond the limits ofthe balance ofdietary recommendation．There was remarkable link between anmia and dietary action．Though it is easy to eat lot ofmeat and fish for the local resident as the standard ofliving has improved，they neglected the importance ofbalance ofdietary,in addition,agreat deal ofoil was taken and it had increased the Occurrence ofiron deficiency anemia． 3．The main factors included the varieties ofvegetables，vitaminA，Fe、the time and period ofmenstrual， the miscarriage times and BMI in the eonr驼ofanalyzing single factor,and there was relation hetwean anemia and them．But four factors a坞entered in the conrse of multinemiai analysis．such the miscarriage times，the varieties ofvegetables and the time and period ofmenstrual．And two important factors were BMI[ORl．92，95％(CDl．22-3．01]，and Fe【oRO．31，95％(C1)0．23-0．4q，Multivariate analysis showed miscarriage times，BMl and the varieties of vegetables，intake of Fe and Cu were independently related to risk ofbeing admitted with iron deficiency anemia． Conehsion： The results showed that it is possible that the imbalance of dietary affected iron deficiency anemia of women in the south of Jiangsu province．Perhaps，its high prevalence rate of iron deficiency anemia for women in the south ofJiangsu province contributed to the chronic infection．but it was lack ofthe index of chronic infection,and it is valuable to undertake further
