分层次管理在临床护理管理中应用的效果分析 宋红萍(四川省乐山市老年病专科医院 614000) 【摘要】目的：探讨临床护理管理中应用分层次管理模式的效果。方法：木次研 究选择的对象共100名,均为我院2011年5月至2012年5月收集的各科室护理 人员，随机按观察组和对照组各50例划分，对照组采用常规护理管理方案，观 察组采用分层次管理，回顾相关资料。结果：两组护理管理前业务操作评分及理 论知识评分无差异(Pgt；0.05),护理管理后观察组评分情况显著优于对照组 (Pt;0.05)o两组管理前工作积极度、医牛及患者护理满意度无明显差异 (Pgt;0.05),护理管理后均显著优于对照组，有显著统计学差异(Plt;0.05)o 结论：在临床护理管理中运用分层次管理，可显著提高患者及医生护理满意度, 改善护理人员业务操作及理论知识掌握水平，促进了医院和谐发展，并保障了患 者权益及社会效益。 【关键词】分层次管理 临床护理管理 应用效果 【中图分类号】R197.32【文献标识码】A【文章编号】2095-1752 ( 2012 ) 36-0135-02 Hierarchical management in clinical nursing management application effect an alysis [Abstract] Objective: To investigate the clinical nursing management in the application of hierarchical management mode effect. Methods: This study selected a total of 100, are in our hospital from 2011 May to 2012 May collection of the nursing staff of various departments, random by the observation group and the control group with 50 cases in each group division, the control group using conventional care management programs, the observation group used hierarchical man ageme nt, review the re leva nt in format! on. Results: the two groups of nursing management before operation score and theoretical knowledge score no differenee (Pgt;0.05 ), nursing management after the observation group scores were significantly better than the control group ( Plt;0.05 ). Two groups of management work actively, doctors and patients satisfaction has no sigrdficant differenee (Pgt;0.05 ), nursing management were significantly better than the control group, with significant differenee ( Plt;0.05 ).
