中文摘要近年来，我国勘察设计行业发展迅速，勘察设计企业以及工程师的作用越来 中文摘要 近年来，我国勘察设计行业发展迅速，勘察设计企业以及工程师的作用越来 越重要，其法律责任危险也在随之加大。在我国推行建设工程勘察设计职业责任 保险，利用职业责任保险机制分散工程师及其执业机构的法律责任危险，积极进 行市场培育，是勘察设计行业、工程保险以及职业责任保险市场发展的共同需要。 本文在对比分析国内外勘察设计职业责任保险发展状况的基础上，通过建设 工程勘察设计职业特点与职业责任保险特征的综合阐释，提出了勘察设计职业责 任保险的一般理论、特征和性质，简要分析了国内勘察设计责任保险存在的问题 和推行该项保险的必要性，重点对我国勘察设计职业责任保险险种的保费确定和 勘察设计职业责任保险市场培育进行了深入研究。 针对重点研究内容，本文借助期望效用函数，从经济学角度探索了勘察设计 职业责任保险合同成立的条件；分析了以免赔额与保费的替代关系为核心的政策 筛选模型，给出了勘察设计职业责任保险综合保费的确定方法以及未来保费优化 设计的思路；通过分析勘察设计职业责任保险市场运作，提出了培育这一市场的 总体构想；结合当前发展现状，全方位、多角度探索了在我国推行建设工程勘察 设计职业责任保险的管理对策。 关键词：职业责任保险； 勘察设计职业责任保险； 保险费用； 保险中介；市场培育 ABSTRACTThe ABSTRACT The industry of explorationdesign in China is developing very fast．With the explorationdesign firms and engineers showing more and more importance，they have more chances of assuming legal duties．A system of Professional Liability Insurance(PLI)is a useful means of dispersing the legal duties they ale to undertake．So it is a necessity to improve and better the system of PLl for exploration design and cultivate its market in China．Meanwhile the operation of the insurance system will promote the developments of exploration＆design industry,engineering insurance market and PLI market． Based on the study ofthe development status ofPLI for exploration and design in china and overseas，this paper brings forward the general theory,characteristics and qualities of the PLI for exploration and design following the comprehensive analysis ofthe features ofthe exploration and design industry and PLI．Then a briefanalysis is carried out which alms at the problems existing in the operation ofPLI for exploration and design in China and the necessity of puaing the insurance in practice．After that, the paper puts the emphasis on the studies of the premium of PLI for exploration and design in China and cultivating the market ofthe insurance． In virtue of the expected utility function，the paper further probes into the necessary conditions for a PLI for exportdesign contract,analyses the policy
