华中科技大学硕士学位论文 华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文 II II Abstract As the propelling of the reform of the types of higher education, the higher vocational education is playing a more and more important role in our education industry. The basic task of the higher vocational education is to cultivate skill type talents with high quality in production, construction, administration and service and the higher vocational education is very important in the process of taking human resources and higher education to develop our country. The requirements of construction of the national model higher vocational colleges and the national key higher vocational colleges both state that we should change from paying much attention to scale but paying little attention to construction, from enlarging scales blindly to strengthening the improving of inner qualities. To strengthen the improving of inner qualities is to strengthen the construction of special majors, courses and teachers. This thesis is to reshape the teachers’ performance management system of Jiangxi Economy and Financial Vocational College to discuss the problem of construction of teams of teachers. At first, a questionnaire was designed to learn the current situation, the problems and the causes of Jiangxi Vocational College of Finance and Economy. Then the college strategy was decomposed into tasks to teachers through SSM, and performances index related with teachers were picked up and they were involved in the performance index system of Jiangxi Vocational College of Finance and Economy. The system included six one-class index and they were knowledge and skills, teaching work, research work, social service, major construction and construction of projects between the college and enterprises. Accordingly, there were 24 second-class index. Then PDCA cycle was used to manage and deal with the teachers’ performance of Jiangxi Vocational College of Finance and Economy.
