重庆大学硕士学位论文中文摘要 重庆大学硕士学位论文 中文摘要 I I 摘 要 建筑业是典型的高能耗、高排放行业，绿色建筑正是可持续发展思想在建筑 领域更深层面的体现形式，发展绿色建筑刻不容缓。建立一个科学有效的绿色建 筑评价体系，对绿色建筑的推广与实施起着至关重要的作用。 论文以当前建筑能耗状况和绿色建筑推广现状为切入点，阐述了构建建筑绿 色度评价体系的意义；提出了指标评价体系的构建原则与思路，分析了建筑绿色 度所涵盖的生态经济平衡度、社会区域协调度、运行舒适度和机制绿色度的内涵， 在此基础上构建了建筑绿色度评价指标体系；以全生命周期评价理论、生态经济 优化理论、生态足迹理论为基础，结合熵权法、层次分析法、德尔斐法、加权集 值统计法确定各定量和定性评价指标的指标值、权重、评价值，最后得出建筑绿 色度。为印证所构建建筑绿色度指标体系及评价方法的有效性并检验其对建筑绿 色度测评的现实可操作性，论文以定量分析与调查问卷相结合的方式对重庆市某 住宅小区进行了实例分析，根据其建筑绿色度评价的结果，以论证评价体系的科 学性和可行性。 评价体系具有灵活性，可应用于不同区域建筑的评价，既适用于设计阶段方 案优选也适用于建设项目后评价，对绿色建筑评估体系的发展有一定借鉴意义。 关键词：绿色度，绿色建筑，生态足迹，指标体系 重庆大学硕士学位论文英文摘要 重庆大学硕士学位论文 英文摘要 II II ABSTRACT Construction industry is a typical high energy consumption and high emission industries, the green building is involved in the realm of more deep level of sustainable development, to develop green building is of great urgency. Establishment of a scientific and effective green building evaluation system plays a vital role on the promotion and implementation of green building. As the starting point, this paper introduces the current situation on building energy consumption and the promotion of green building, described the significance on establishing green degree evaluation system; proposes the principles and ideas for index evaluation system, this paper establishes the evaluation index system of green degree based on analyzing the meanings such as ecological and economic equilibrium degree, regional coordination degree in society, operating comfort degree and mechanisms of green-degree which covered by building green degree; based on life cycle assessment theory, ecological economic optimization theory and ecological footprint theory, combined with the right entropy method, analytic hierarchy process, Delphi method, the weighted set-valued statistical method, Determine the indicators value,weight and evaluation of the quantitative and qualitative indicators, at last reach the building green degree.
