华中科技大学硕士学位论文Abstract 华中科技大学硕士学位论文 Abstract In recent years，the intelligent building technology has developed very quickly in our country,and it shows great market potential be．圮ause of its remarkable social and economic benefits．With the wide application of intelligent building technology in residential district construction,it is quite noticeable that residential districts has become a main market of this technology． Building intelligence brings people a totally new sense of the information age．At the game time，it keeps updating and replenishing itself to catch叩wjth the advances in science and technology and peoples constantly changing requirements to its function．In the authors opinion，building intelligence should be able to provide：comfortable，healthy surroundings；activate highly efficient individual creativity；fully support the business and commercial demands and cultural exchanges；ensure safe living spaces for people and have strong flexibility to adapt to the functional changes of the building． Taken the Youyue Road community(which the author actually took part in the construction work)硒an example．the author introduced the design positioning,bid design management，construction management and intelligent system integrated construction management of the community．The intelligent building index and integrated management methods put forward in this thesis were also put into practical use and widely discussed， and the results further confirmed the feasibility of these methods． Through the analysis on the current situation and characteristics of the building intelligence design，we can utilize the building intelligence index technology in residential district construction work to position the building intelligence design，and take effective measures to control the investment and quality during the design period． As to the trade management，this thesis put forward concrete suggestions and measures on how to strengthen the market mechanism and improve the quality of the p
