建筑智能化系统工程项目管理的研究摘要 建筑智能化系统工程项目管理的研究 摘要 ＼、蜷P能建筑的兴建起始于20世纪80年代初的美国，我国则是在80年代末开 始智能建筑的建设。 随着建筑智能化系统工程规模的扩大，技术的发展。对建筑智能化系统工程 的项目管理越来越引起人们的关注，然而由于种种原因，这方面还存在着许多困 难和问题，因而有必要对智能化系统工程的项目管理进行进一步研究。 ^， 围绕智能化系统工程建设项目管理这一主题，y本文主要做了以下工作： ， 1．根据国内外智能建筑的历史和现状，介绍了建筑智能化系统的产生和发 展，以及现代智能建筑系统的主要组成。 2．根据对我国智能建筑工程实施的实践，阐明了在智能建筑系统工程引入 项目管理的重要性和必要性，同时讨论了建筑智能化系统工程项目管理 工作的主要内容，并分析我国现阶段智能化项目管理的现状和不足，指 出加强智能化系统工程项目管理理论和方法的研究，是迅速提高我国智 能建筑建设的整体水平的重要途径之一。 3．根据我国智能建筑系统工程项目管理的理论和实践，从实际应用角度详 细讨论了建筑智能化系统工程项目的进度、质量和成本控制的任务和方 法，希望能对智能化系统工程建设实施产生一定的有益的参考作用。 最后，总结了全文的研究内容，并对进一步研究工作做了展望。 关键词：智能建筑、智能化系统、项目管理 Research Research on the Project management of Building Intelligent system Abstract Intelligent Building originated in U．S．A in the beginning of 1980’S．at the end of 1 980’S，our country began to build Intelligent building．With the development of Building Intelligent system technology and expansion of project scale，people pay more attention to the project management of the Building Intelligent System． However,for many reasons．10ts of difficulties and problems exist in this part．So it is necessary to make a further analysis about project management ofIntelligent System． Around the issue of project management in construction of building intelligent system，the followed jobs have been done in this paper． 1．According to the history and situation of nOW．This paper presents the production and development of building intelligent system in the world and in the country and the main parts in the modem Building intelligent system． 2．According to the practice of the construction of Building intelligent system in the COuntry．This paper clarify the importance and necessity ofintroducing the theory and methods of project management to construction of Building intelligent system and discuss about the main parts of the project management in the construction of Building intelligent system and analyze the situation and the disadvantage of the project management of Building intelligent system in our country in now and
