摘 摘 要 Y 477298 摘要 ／，～／全面造价管理是近年来建设工程管理学界提出的一个新课题。虽 然犬们经过几年的研究，已经建立了建设项目全面造价管理的理念， 但是仍未有系统的全面造价管理技术方法。本文针对这～现状，对建 设项目的全面造价管理方法进行了探讨研究，并借鉴和运用了一系列 的管理理论，提出了一套建设项目全面造价管理的技术方法。厂 本论文首先讨论了建设项目造价管理学科研究状况。总结、概括 了国内外建设项目造价管理理论研究与实践发展变化，同时阐述了我 国现阶段造价管理模式中的一些弊端。接着从建设项目造价管理的特 性和需要出发，从建设项目不同层面对建设项目全面造价管理方法内 容进行了分析。最后建立一套建设项目全面造价管理的技术方法。根 据建设项目全面造价管理内容并针对现阶段建设项目造价管理中存 在的问题，通过借鉴和运用一系列的管理理论，建立了建设项目全过 程造价管理、建设项目全要素造价管理、建设项目全风险造价管理和 建设项目全团队造价管理的技术方法。 关键词：建设项目、造价管理、蠢《 ABSTRACTABSTRACT ABSTRACT ABSTRACT Total Cost Management(TOM)iS a new question raised by the construction engineering management field in recent years． hlthough the concept and idea of TcM have been set up after several years of research，there i S no such kind of systemic methodology established 曲out total cost management technologies for construction projects。In order to solve thiS problem，thiS thesis provides a new methodology for total cost management of construction projects．ThiS new methodology is developed through a wide and deep study．at the s锄e time thiS new methodology is referred and used a series of management principles． The main contents of thiS thesiS are as follows：first．it reviewed the development and change of the cost management theoretical research and practice on total COSt management for construction projects abroaud and domestic，at the same time，it discussed some abuses of cost management mode at the present stage in our country，On this basis，it further explained the necessity and urgency of studying this subject． Second． from its characteristics and need of TcM for construction projects， from the different aspects of construction projects，it analysed the contents of TCM．Finally， a set of new techniques for TcM of Construction Projects establ ished．In view of the contents of彻I and the problems existed in the cost management of the construction projects at the present stage，through the use of a series of management theories，it established Total Process Cost Management(TPCM) Technique。Total
