11 11 啊!则1441 摘 摘要 为了探讨民办高校青年教师的职业压力现状,并对此提出一些行之有效的 对策,本研究以压力理论和教师职业压力理论为基础,编制了《民办高校青年 教师职业阻力调查》问:去,进行调查研究。 本文主要对江西省川所民办高校的 300 名青年教师进行测试。对调查结果 进行信度和放度的检验,研究结果表明,问卷的信度、效度都基本达到测验编 制的要求。民办高校青年教师职业阻力源包括 8 个维度:社会影响、学校管理 及制度、教学科研、普升|到素、个人发展、工作条件和工作负荷、学生因素、 人阳;因素。差异服著性检验结果表明:民办高校青年教师在职业压力上差异不 显著,压力感在性别、教龄和婚姻上差异不跟著,在学册上差异服著。基于以 上分析约果,*研究提出相应的对策:提高民办高校的科学化管理水平,改革民 办高校的招生机制,推动民办高 i校教师的职业生涯管理工作,开展民办高校教 Vlli 心理咨询服务,培训民办高校教师的教学科研能力,掌握心理压力应对的方 法策略。 关键词:民办高校青年教师:职业压力:应对 1 策略 Abstract ABSTRACT In order to probe into the stress situation of young private university teachers work and to seek some effective strategies tbr stress management ,this thesis,on the basis of theories of job stress and teacher stress,worked out the questionnaires of Young University Teachers Occupationa l. Accor甘ingly some investigations and studies were conducted as follows: This article mainly aimed at private college teachers this special group,300 young college teachers ,which were from 4 private universities of Jiangxi province in China,were investigated through self-designed questionnaire. The reliability and validity of the questionnaires were checked up. The test results showed that the reliability and validity of the questionnaires were generally up to the questionnaire- making points,and not bad. The young private college teachers occupational stress questionnaire included 8 dimensions: Social Effect, Management and System, Scientific Research , Promotional Factors,Personal Advancement ,Student Factors,the Condition and Load of work and Interpersonal Factors.The result of the di的rence significance tests showed that the stress of young private university teachers occupation wasnt significant on sex,teaching time and marriage ,but its signifecant on the educational background.
