il--‘也T 由 It-- il-- ‘ - D飞、，11l vg 川 川 、 I眦Y删1㈣94㈣4洲58眦6矾摘 I眦Y删1㈣94㈣4洲58眦6矾 摘 要 当前，教师专业发展已成我国基础教育课程改革的重大课题。《全日制义务 教育英语课程标准(实验稿)》对于提高中小学英语教师专业水平提出了明确的 要求。如何提高中小学英语教师专业水平?如何促进中小学英语教师的专业发 展?目前，除了传统的教师培训途径外，教育叙事以其故事性、反思性、实践性 的特点也被逐步引入，成为促进中小学英语教师专业发展的又一新途径。如何利 用好教育叙事促进中小学英语教师专业发展具有十分重要的理论和现实意义，成 为本研究的中心问题。 本文综合运用文献研究、问卷调查和访谈、案例分析等研究方法，对教育叙 事与中小学英语教师专业发展之间的内在关系进行了比较系统而深入的探讨，并 为中小学英语教师开展教育叙事提供了应用模式。 本论文的内容为以下五个部分： 第一章是引言部分，内容包括研究的起源、意义、方法以及对国内外相关研 究文献进行综述，整理和归纳出目前关于教育叙事以及其促进中小学英语教师专 业发展的相关主题。 专业 英语 的重 本研 命 AbstractCurrently,professional Abstract Currently,professional development of teachers in basic education curriculum reforill has become a major issue in China．Full．time Compulsory Education English Curriculum Standard(Experimental Manuscript)has set hiIgher standards for primary and secondary English teachers．How to improve the professional standards of?And how to promote the professional development for primary and secondary English teachers?The educational narrative is being introduced into the teacher training except for the traditional ways，and the educational narrative gets to be a new way for primary and secohdary English teachers’professional development．It is significant and important apply the educational narrative to t primary and secondary English teachers’professional developmem．which becomes the central issue of this research． Tllis research gives a systemic and in-depth discussing on the intrinsic relationship between the educational narrative and primary and secondary English teachers’ professional development and offer application model for them by using Literature Analysis，Questionnarie and Interview,Case Analysis and other methods． 砀e content of this research has following five sections： The first chapter is introduction，including the background，meaning and methods of the research．and synthesizes the relevant research at home and abroad，sorting out and summing up the themes associated with the educational narrative and its promotion for pri
