第43 卷 第4 期 兰州大学学报（医学版） Vol.43 No.4 2017 年8 月 Journal of Lanzhou University （Medical Sciences ） Aug. 2017 文章编号：1000-2812 (2017) 04-0046-05 硬性透气性角膜接触镜矫正高度屈光不正的 临床效果观察 张 莹，吴万民，冯永胜，张文芳，杨 义，王 阳，曹 光 兰州大学 第二临床医学院，甘肃 兰州 730030 摘要：目的目的观察硬性透气性角膜接触镜 （RGPCL ）矫治高度屈光不正的效果。方法方法 分析RGPCL 高度屈光不正患者78 例(103 只眼) ，根据其屈光度、角膜曲率和配适情况选择合适的镜片；定期观察患者配戴RGPCL 的最佳矫正视力、适 应性及舒适度。结果结果 配戴RGPCL 治疗1周、1个月、3 个月、6 个月及1年与配戴框架眼镜对比最佳矫正视力提高，差 异有统计学意义 （P0.05 ）；RGPCL 治疗1周最佳矫正视力提高0.2 （E 字标准对数视力表）以上的眼数超过50% 。RGP- CL 治疗1个月、3 个月、6 个月及1年与RGPCL 治疗1周最佳矫正视力对比差异均无统计学意义 （P 0.05 ）。在1年的随 访中未发生明显角膜上皮脱落、巨乳头结膜炎、角膜溃疡及新生血管等。结论结论 RGPCL 对高度屈光不正的矫正效果明 显优于框架镜，且安全、稳定，易被接受。 关键词：硬性透气性角膜接触镜；近视；散光；高度屈光不正 中图分类号：R778.1 文献标识码：A doi ：10.13885/j.issn. 1000-2812.2017.04.009 The clinical curative of correcting defects of high ametropia with rigid gas permeable contact lens Zhang Ying, Wu Wan-min, Feng Yong-sheng, Zhang Wen-fang, Yang Yi, Wang Yang, Cao Guang School of The Second Clinical Medical Stadies, Lanzhou University, Lanzhou 730030, China Abstract ：：Objective To observe the curative effect of correcting defects of high refractive error with rigid gas permeable contact lens (RGPCL). Methods To analyse statistics of 78 patients ( 103 eyes) which were fitted with RGPCLs at our hospital from July 2013 to June 2014. We chose optimum lens for patients on the basis of their own diopters and keratometries. The changes of best corrected visual acuity (BCVA), adaptation and comfortableness were observed. Results After 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months or 1 year treatment of RGPCL, patients got better BCVA than treatment of spectacles and the differences was statically significant (P 0.05). More than fifty percent of eyes achieved an increasing of BCVA over 0.2 (E Standard Logarithm Eyesight Table) after 1 week therapy of RGPCL. There is no statistical differenc
