In the whole education system, the healthy development of the preschool education is a matter of family and personal interests, and is closely related with the development of the country. At present Chinas preschool education has been unable to meet the demand of the society, its development not balanced, hard enrollment, the cost is higher, the problem such as uneven cause dissatisfaction with the social and family, and triggered a series of education in preschool education and social conflicts, make pre-school education reform imperative.
