益气平喘颗粒治疗气虚寒哮证支气管哮喘急性发作的随机-CiteSeerX.PDF

中西医结合学报２００７ 年 １ 月第 ５ 卷第 １ 期 　 Journal of Chinese Integrative Medicine ， January ２００７ ， Vol ．５ ， No ．１ · ２３ · 益气平喘颗粒治疗气虚寒哮证支气管哮喘 急性发作的随机对照试验 张颖， 张瑞明， 常静， 李廷谦， 迟焕海， 毛兵， 陈光远， 唐文富， 王蕾， 黄素珍 四川大学华西医院中西医结合科， 四川成都 ６１００４１ 目的：评价益气平喘颗粒治疗气虚寒哮证急性支气管哮喘的安全性及有效性。 方法：采用随机阳性药平行对照试验设计，共纳入８０ 例受试者，按 ３ ∶ １ 的比例随机分为试验组（益气平喘颗 粒）６０ 例和对照组（如意定喘丸）２０ 例，疗程共７ d。 结果：治疗组与对照组的中医证候、临床症状和肺功能比较差异均无统计学意义（ P ＞ ０ ．０５） 。 治疗组治疗 后１ 秒钟用力呼气容积增大（ P ＜ ０ ．０５） ，对照组治疗后呼气峰流速加快（ P ＜ ０ ．０５） 。 两组在用药期间均未 发生不良反应。 结论：益气平喘颗粒治疗气虚寒哮证支气管哮喘安全有效。 关键词：中草药制剂； 随机对照试验； 支气管痉挛； 哮喘 中图分类号：R５６２ ．２５ ；文献标识码：A ； 文章编号：１６７２１９７７（２００７）０１００２３０５ Arandomizedcontrolled trial of Yiqi PingchuanGranule in treating acute attack of bronchial spasm due to asthma of qi deficiency and cold syn drome Ying ZHANG， Ruiming ZHANG， Jing CHANG， Tingqian LI ， Huanhai CHI， Bing MAO， Guangyuan CHEN， Wenfu TANG， Lei WANG， Suzhen HUANG Department of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine， West China Hospital， Sichuan University， Chengdu， Sichuan Province ６１００４１ ，China Objective： To evaluate the safety and efficacy of Yiqi Pingchuan Granule in treating acute attack of asthma due to qi deficiency and cold syndrome． Methods ： A randomized controlled trial wasconducted． Atotal of ８０ patients with anacute attack of asthma were included． They were allocated into two groups randomly in a ratio of three to one． Sixty patients in the treatment group received Yiqi PingchuanGranule and ２０ patientsinthe control group receivedRuyiDingchuan Pill． Patients in both groups were treated for ７ days． Results ： There were no significant differences in traditional Chinese medicine syndrome， clinical symptoms and lung function between the two groups （ P＞ ０ ．０５） ． After treatment， the forced expiratory volume in １ second wasincreasedinthetreatment group （ P＜ ０ ．０５） ， andthepeakexpiratory flow was acceleratedinthe control group （ P＜ ０ ．０５） ． No significant side effects were noted in both groups． Conclusion： Yiqi Pingchuan Granule is safe
