降低炼焦配煤成本的研究 降低炼焦配煤成本的研究 降低炼焦配煤成本的研究 摘 要 降低炼焦成本的最关键所在就是降低炼焦配煤的成本。为了合理利用各种资源，实现配煤 合理化，达到降低炼焦成本和提高焦炭质量的目的，本文针对开滦中润煤化工有限公司的实际 现状，进行了降低炼焦配煤成本的研究。研究认为开滦中润煤化工有限公司具有良好的地理位 置和便利的交通条件，可充分利用开滦集团的资源优势。论文通过对常规炼焦配煤、加入适量 廉价煤配煤及配入沥青配的原料组成及其灰分（Ad）、挥发分（Vdaf）和硫分（St）等性能指标 分析，得出沥青是适宜的配煤添加剂，它的灰分接近零且粘结性极强，沥青的加入可扩大可用 煤资源，为较大量的配入廉价煤提供了空间。经过开滦中润煤化工有限公司降低炼焦配煤成本 小组的试验证明，沥青配煤可使其成本进一步降低，取得良好经济效益。 关键词：炼焦配煤，成本，粘结剂，沥青，焦煤，廉价煤 KEYWORDS KEYWORDS: coking coal, the cost of the binder, asphalt, coke, low-cost coal REDUCE THE COST OF COKING COAL ABSTRACT The key to reduce coking cost is to reduce the cost of coking coal. For using the various of coal reasonably to achieve the blending coa l’s rationalization, to reduce the coking cost and improve the quality of coke ,this paper is in view of the actual situationof the the Kailuan Run Coal Chemical Co., Ltd., to study the reducing coking coal blending cost .That the the Kailuan Run Coal Chemical Co., Ltd. has a good location and convenient traffic conditions, it can take advantage of the resource’s advantage of Kailuan Group. Through the analysis of the conventional coking coal blending, adding an appropriate amount of cheap coal and the raw material composition ,ash (Ad), volatile the (Vdaf) and sulfur (St)of blended with the asphalt blending, obtained that asphalt is appropriate blending additive, for its ash get close to zero and be strong adhesion .So the asphalt’s adding to expand the available of coal resource and to provide the room for blending with a large number of cheap coal.
