杭州师范大学硕士学位论文 杭州师范大学硕士学位论文 教师信念的生活史研究 中文摘要 20世纪80年代以后，随着对教育工作复杂性认识的增加，英美等西方发达 国家对教师的研究已经从外在行为研究转向对教师内在思维与外在行为合二为 一的研究，“教师信念”就是其中颇受关注的主题之一。教师信念在教师专业结 构中位于较高层次，它统摄着教师专业发展的其他方面。作为教师从事教育工作 的内隐机制和心理背景，在影响教师其教育实践行为和教学效能的同时，也对教 师自身成长和学生的全面发展起到关键的引导作用。现有的相关研究方向的文献 中更多的是从理论构架方面去分析教师信念的概念、结构、形成和改进的建议， 或者是从教师的教学实践现状去推论出教师可能存在的教师信念。因此本文试图 用教育叙事研究的方法结合对教师发展生涯对三位受访对象进行访谈观察，在叙 述他们故事的基础上，分析探索教师信念形成的影响因素、发展转变历程以及对 教师的教育工作产生的影响，进而对教师信念的形塑路径提供建议。 关键词：教师信念；教师专业发展；教学效能；教师发展生涯 万方数据 杭州师范大学硕士学位论文 杭州师范大学硕士学位论文 教师信念的生活史研究 Abstract After the eighties of the 20th century,with increasing understanding of the complexity of education and the study of teachers in western developed countries such as Britain and America has tumed from extemal behavior research to Teachers’ inner thinking and external behavior combined,”Teachers’belief’is one of the most popular themes．Teachers’beliefs in the high level of Teachers’professional structure， which controls other aspects of teachers’professional development．As the implicit mechanism and psychological background in teachers’work，on the one hand，effecting of teacher’S education practices and teaching effectiveness，and on the other hand，playing a guiding role of for the growth of teachers and students’all—round development．Most of the existing relevant research literature is studying the teachers。 beliefs about the concept，structure，formmion and improvement suggestions from the aspect of theoretical framework，or deducing the teachers’beliefs from the state of teacher’S teaching practice．Therefore，this paper attempts to combine educational narrative research method with the teacher career development，to observe and interview three respondents，On the basis of their story,analysis and explore the factors that influence the formation of teachers’beliefs，the course of development and change and the effect of the teacher’education work,then provide some advice on the shaping path of Teac
