Abstract This project mainly carried on blended design and implement of the access network line assurance system. The access network line assurance system is a operation and maintain system of access network, which is designed for realizing the rational allocation of network resources and improving network quality of service. Firstly, this paper describes some java technology which is used to develop the access network line assurance system, which lays a solid foundation for the research project. Secondly, from the access network operation and maintenance system present situation, describes the necessity of establishing an integrated access network line assurance system, which establishes the background and basis of this paper. Thirdly, paper comprehensive analyses a number of key technical problems of the blended access network line assurance system, circuit protection techniques, fault detection, data communications, software integration, and proposes technical solutions and implementation methods. On this basis, this paper focuses on the implementation process of the integration of two subsystems, including public service module design and implementation and testing services module design and implementation. Java development platform is used to complete the development of the access network line assurance system. Finally, through the functional testing of the software, verifying the rationality of software design and the stability of the software. The further improvement of the software is suggested in this paper.
