20.Can you talk about what would you do to  make every student experience  success? 谈谈如何让每名学生体验成功？ The most important thing for success is interests (兴趣)and confidence(自信). So, I will try to encourage students to express their ideas. Positive attitude(乐观主义)is the key to success. 21.What would you do to he lp less motivated  有动力的students who usually struggle with  study? 对那些学习吃力，没什么动力的学生，你如何帮助他们？ The less motivated students, they have low self efficacy (自我效能感a)nd have no interests and confidence 信心about study. We should help them improve (提高) self efficacy.We can give chance of experiencing success to students. Encourage (鼓励)and praise them sincerely ()真诚地.We can set an example (树立榜样 a)nd let students follow him. 22.What is your teaching style ? 你的教学风格如何？ Every teacher has his own teaching style. Also, I would talk about some books and play films for them. They would be interested in Chinese culture. If they are interested in Ancient Chinese drama(戏剧), I w
