E aluating the construction effecti eness of know ledge base is ery important . It plays a key role for enterprises in determining the success or failure of the program related to know ledge base construction and pro iding guidance to impro e and maintain know ledge base dynamically. On the basis of se eral earlier works rele ant to the e aluation methods, a framework for e aluating the construction effecti eness of know ledge base is presented and the corresponding e aluation process is gi en. An example is gi en to illustrate the practicability and application alue of the proposed framework and process.
