金华电力公司电量采集管理系统的设计与实现Design 金华电力公司电量采集管理系统的设计与实现 Design and Implementation of the Electricity Meter Recording Management System for Jinhua Electrical Power Company Ab stract This thesis presents in detail the software functional requirement analysis，design and implementation of electricity meter recording management system for Jinhua Electrical Power Company．This application software is developed in order to realize the integrated management of the front．end electrical energy acquisition and the back—end electricity consumption charging based on the company’S recently constructed information management platform，to enhance the company’S profitability by supporting the company’S business on the timely and accurate data． On basis of software engineering t11eory and methods，this thesis discusses this application software’S functional requirements，design，programming and tests．It discusses the way in which the information iS processed from the user’S viewpoint on the functions of meter segment information management，meter recording management and electrical energy measurement devices with use case models．In addition it discusses the software’S architecture design，modules configuration and database logical design scheme．Under the abovementioned design framework it applies obj ect-oriented techniques to describe the component obj ects and their internal data structures，together with the related class diagram models and database scheme．At 1ast the major modules implementation，some running examples and test cases are described on basis of the design framework． Jinhua Electrical Power Company’S electricity meter recording management system software iS programmed with Java and iS integrated with Oracle for its database server． Through the improvements during the test running phase，it has been in stable running phase． It realizes well integrative management for multiple types of meter measurement operations which needed respectively separated management before and it provi
