PAGE PAGE 1 摘 要 1 研究目的 探讨金匮肾气丸和运动对中老龄雌性大鼠脂代谢的影响，以期为调节中老年女性脂代 谢紊乱找出科学合理的干预方法和理论依据。 2 研究方法 选取雌性 12 月龄 wistar 大鼠 80 只，将大鼠按体重随机分为八大组，即对照组（A）、 服药组(B)、20min 运动组(C1)、40min 运动组(C2)、60min 运动组(C3)、服药 20min 运动 组(D1)、服药 40min 运动组(D2)和服药 60min 运动组(D3)。8 周服药和跑台运动训练后， 取血测血清胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)和高、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C、LDL-C)的含量 以及血清脂蛋白脂酶(LPL)和肝脂酶(HL)的活性。所有数据用 SPSS17.0 软件进行统计学处 理。 3 实验结果 与对照组比较，服药组血中 TC、TG、LDL-C 明显降低，而 HDL-C 显著升高（P＜0.O5）， 而运动对血清 TC 和 HDL-C 无显著差异；40min、60min 运动组血中 TG 明显降低（P＜0.O5）， 而服药 40min 和 60min 运动组 TG 非常显著降低（P＜0.O1），并且显著低于单纯服药组和 40min、60min 运动组（P＜0.O5）；40min 运动组血中 LDL-C 显著降低（P＜0.O5），而服药 40min 运动组 LDL-C 非常显著降低（P＜0.O1），并且显著低于单纯服药组和 40min 运动组 （P＜0.O5）；与对照组比较，服药组和 40min 运动组血中 LPL 活性显著升高（P＜0.O5）， 服药 40min 运动组血 LPL 活性非常显著升高（P＜0.O1），并且显著高于服药组和 40min 运 动组（P＜0.O5）；与对照组相比,服药组和其它各组血 HL 活性均无显著影响作用。 4 结论 4.1 单纯的服用金匮肾气 丸能显著抑制中 老龄大鼠 血中 TC、TG、LDL-C 含量的上升，促 进 HDL-C 含量以及 LPL 活性的升高，提示金匮肾气 丸 具有一定的调节脂代谢 的作用。 4.2 运动能够显著降低中 老龄大鼠血 中 TG、LDL-C 含量以及升高 LPL 活性，提示适宜 量的运动能够改善中老 龄大鼠的脂代 谢紊乱。 4.3 服用金匮肾气丸与运动相 结合对降低中 老龄大鼠 血中 TG、LDL-C 水平以及提高 LPL 活性有非常显著的作用，且 效果优于单纯服 药和运 动，提示服用金匮肾气丸结 合运动 对调节中老龄大鼠脂代 谢有很好的作 用。 关键词：金匮肾气丸 运动 脂代谢 中老龄 Abstract 1.Objective Explore the impact of Jinkuishenqiwan and exercise in aging female rats lipid metabolism, in order to find a scientific and rational intervention methods and theoretical basis to adjust the middle-aged female lipid metabolism disorders. 2.Methods Select 80 female 12 months old wistar rats, the rats were randomly divided into eight groups, namely the control group (A), the medication group (B), 20min exercise group (C1), 40min exercise group (C2), 60minexercise group (C3), taking 20min exercise group (D1), taking 40min exercise group (D2) and taking the 60min exercise group (D3).
