江苏大学工商管理硕士(MBA)论文摘要 江苏大学工商管理硕士(MBA)论文 摘要 随着企业之间竞争的加剧，信息的快速、准确地传递变得越来越重要了。生 产现场的管理在企业中占据了越来越重要的地位，如何有效的管理生产现场，使 信息在生产现场内能快速的传递，已成为信息管理的重要课题，因此本文主要研 究生产现场信息化管理。 论文首先分析了生产现场管理技术的现状及发展趋势，其次介绍了论文研究 的理论基础：现代生产管理理论、信息化阶段划分理论一诺兰模型和企业信息化 规划理论。在对金东纸业生产现场管理信息化详细需求分析的基础上，结合制造 执行系统(MES)理论，提出了基于MES的生产现场管理信息系统总体方案， 并给出了生产现场管理信息系统生产作业计划及调度、生产过程管理、生产成本 管理、生产物料管理质量管理和工艺数据管理等具体内容和方案。最后本文提出 了生产管理信息系统的实施，并且对金东纸业生产现场管理信息化实施的风险、 效益进行分析，总结出生产现场管理信息化实施的保障措施。 本文提出的基于MES生产现场管理信息化，可以实现对生产现场的信息化 管理与控制，实现信息的无缝集成。实现企业生产现场的管理和上层管理软件、 底层控制系统的有效结合。 关键词：生产现场、管理信息化、制造执行系统(MES)、管理信息系统、底层控 制系统 江苏大学工商管理硕士(MBA)论文ABSTRACT 江苏大学工商管理硕士(MBA)论文 ABSTRACT It is becoming more and more important that information is gathered timely and precisely with the fierce competition among enterprises．Most of enterprises have placed more emphasis on the management of workshop．How to make workshop effectively and information flow smoothly has been a necessary thing for companies． Therefore，workshop management Information system is mentioned in the thesis． At the beginning，the paper analyzes the current situation and development trend of workshop management technology．then,the Paper introduces the theory basis for research，including present production management theory,information technology application phase-Nolan Model，information technology application planning． Based on requirement analysis about management Information Technology Application of gold east paper co．Itd，used the theory of the manufacturing Execution System(MES)for reference，the paper provides whole solutions based on MES of workshop management information system，and narrates the contents and blue print of the workshop management information system including planning and arrangement of production，process management of production，cost management of production, material management of production and quality management，technics basis data management etc．Lastly,the paper analyzes implementation of the workshop management Information system，also the paper analyzes ri
