华北电力大学硕士论文摘要 华北电力大学硕士论文 摘要 电网设备的检修工作是电网公司最重要的生产活动之一。随着电网规模的 扩大，检修工作量越来越大；同时，随着检修模式的不断发展，现行的计划检 修模式越来越不能适应智能电网建设与发展的需要，推行状态检修已经成为当 务之急的任务。在国家电网公司推行“大检修”的背景下，对检修的管理提出 了更高的要求。为了进一步改变传统的检修管理模式，尽可能地创造更多的价 值，精益检修的理念越来越受重视。通过精益检修，可以优化检修流程，进一 步提高检修工作效率，实现资源的优化配置，增强电网企业的活力，提升检修 的管理水平，以尽可能地增加企业的效益。 首先对研究背景进行了交代，综述了精益管理在国内外的研究现状及发展 趋势及其在电网检修中的应用情况，对精益化管理内涵、管理方式以及基本原 则和体系进行了说明，提出了精益化管理的分析方法。接着，对电网检修模式 的变化进行介绍，从故障检修到计划检修，再到状态检修，并对三种检修模式 进行比较。对金华电网检修精益管理进行研究，分析了金华电网检修的管理现 状，提出了存在的问题。对金华电网检修的精益管理的实施进行说明，包括精 益管理的主要内容、目标以及实施方法。而后，研究了金华电网检修精益管理 的具体实施情况，包括精益化管理体系的建立、检修流程基于状态检修的改进、 检修计划管理流程的优化、状态检修策略的优化，以及其它与检修相关的管理 工作的精益化，包括设备台帐管理、试验信息管理、备品备件管理、设备缺陷 管理、安全风险管理等。最后，建立了基于层次分析法的主变压器精益检修模 型，详细说明了层次分析法(A肿)在主变精益检修中的应用。 通过对金华电网检修现状和精益检修模式的研究，以及在金华电网进行精 益检修的探索与实践，通过精益检修管理体系的建立，采取切合可靠的实施措 施，有效地改变了金华电网检修模式从粗放型向精益型转变，证明了精益管理 在电网检修中的有效性。通过检修的精益化管理，进一步提升了金华电网的检 修管理水平，保进了电网检修经济效益的提高。 关键词：电网检修；精益管理；金华电网 万方数据 华北电力大学硕士论文Abstract 华北电力大学硕士论文 Abstract The maintenance of electric power equipment is one of the most important production activities of Power Grid Corp，With the continuous expansion of the scale of the power鲥d，there are more and more power equipment．This has brought more WOddoads．At the same time，with the continuous development of the maintenance mode， the current plan maintenance mode cannot adapt to the needs of the construction and development of smart grid，and the implementation of status maintenance has become one of the critical tasks．Under the background that the China State Grid Corp has been carrying out the“Big Overhaul”，the management of the overhaul puts forward higher requirements．In order to further change the traditional maintenance management mode, as far as possible to create more value，the concept of lean maintenance is more and more attention．The lean maintenance Call optimize maintenance flows，improve maintenance efficiency,optimize the allocati on of resources，stimulate the vitality of the power grid enterprises，enhance the innovation ability of enterprises，and enhance the m
