重庆大学硕士学位论文Abstract 重庆大学硕士学位论文 Abstract The old buildings differ from culture relic building，but the old buildings has its special value：they distribute widely and the number of them is great； they are important part of the architecture inheritance；they are record of the particular social life style；they even build up the special texture of traditional cities， Conversion and reborn of old buildings can not only reserve the architecture cultural continue，but also find the old building‘S value in nowadays．It is still help to create special building in special features place and city environment． Conversion and reborn of old buildings is different from“destroy and build”，make full use of the current land and architecture resources matching the‘‘Sustainable Development”．Because of these，within worldwide conversion and reborn of old buildings become the important part of architecture practice．But in our country，since 1 980’S，buildings renew and city development is in the stage that speed accelerate rapidly．But because of the history and culture reason，many people consider：“new buildings is better than old ones”．So，they destroy old buildings without mercy．Because of lacking modern system theories which guide the exploitation of old buildings， many good ideal became disaster of them．Therefore，conversion and reborn of old buildings in China face amount of difficulties and challenge． Base on the research of history，related theories，developing mode， outdoor space and environment，building form and space，indoor environment etc．probIems，this thesis setup a frame research system of of conversion and reborn of old buildings．With analyzing domestic and international successful projects，author try tO find widespread regulation and solve the problems in the progress of old building’S conversion and reborn． Author hopes that this thesis is help to the cause of conversion and reborn of old buildings in china． Key Word： Old Buildings， Reborn， Conversion ．II． 1．绪论1绪论 1．绪论 1绪论 1．1选题背景 1．1．
