浙江大学硕士学位论文 浙江大学硕士学位论文 居住区交往空间环境设计研究 The demand of communication 1S ODe of the basic requirements of the residence． In modem society,with the rapid development of urbanization，the dwelling houses have varied from open and natural houses to departments witIl high density．The contact between neiighbors has become a way for people to communicate and release emotion+The outside environment of the dwelling house is the physical carrier of the contact between neighbors．The rmionMity of the design of outside environment is vital to the effectiveness ofthe mutual communication between people． This article studies and analyses the design of outside environment in terms of the demand of communication and then proposes the countermeasure．First，I discuss the actuality and existing problems in Our environmental construction of housing area and point out the shortage ofconcern in environmental design ofhousing area．Then，I analyses the mental，behavioral and dimensional character of communication． Through analyses，I get some principle for the design of communication space．Under these principle，I discuss the design method for me element of communication space． 【Key words]：housing area，communication，communication space，environmental design，the sense ofthe location II 浙江大学硕士学位论文 浙江大学硕士学位论文 居住区交往空间环境设计研究 第一章绪论 1．1研究背景 1．1．1人、居住、交往 ●人与居住 住宅作为人类生存的必要物质条件，是家庭的物质载体，也是人类生活最基 本的物质消费资料，它可以满足人们生存、发展乃至享受多层次的需求。住宅建 设作为城市建设的一个重要组成部分，不能单纯地为居住者提供居住的空间和场 所，还需要创造一个良好的居住环境，满足居住者的社会和心理需求，从这个意 义而言，住宅也是精神生活的重要空间和场所，是一个精神意义上的家。正如诺 伯格·舒尔茨(Christian Norberg Schulz)所说：“住宅的意义是和平地生存在一个 有保护感和归属感的场所。”@因此，改善居住环境，创造心目中理想的家园始终 是人类不懈的追求。 人是居住行为的执行者，是居住环境的本源。以“人为核心”是屠住环境设 计的根本，空间环境只是由于有人的活动才有其存在的必要，只有在人使用环境 时才能体现它的价值。建筑师华沙宣言指出：“人类聚居地，必须设计得能提供 一定的生活环境，维护个人、家庭和社会的一致，采取充分手段保障私密性，并 且提供面对面的交往可能”。雅典宪章指出：“居住为城市的主要因素，要多从居 住的人的要求出发。”宪章将人的居住活动称为：“城市的第一活动。” ·人与交往 “古语有云：“人之生也，不能无群”。其实从类人猿进化为人，人类就以“聚” 居的生活方式组织着自己的社会体系，社会生活中的各类交往行为便成为维系社
