山东大学硕士学位论文中文摘要 山东大学硕士学位论文 中文摘要 2002年，袁纯清将企业共生理论引入了金融研究领域，2005年，央行行长周 小川在全球金融研讨会上提出了“和谐金融概念，旨在论述金融企业之间以及 金融行业内部优胜劣汰、共同激活、应处于比较融洽的共生状态。金融共生理论 的提出和“和谐金融强调的共生状态对实现我国银行体系的健全有效发展具备 重要的理论和实践意义。本文主要通过金融企业共生理论的研究，分析金融共生 现象，金融共生动因、产生条件和共生效应分析，可以研究企业共生单元、共生 环境建设、金融企业的共生模式等以及对金融企业的共生能力进行评价，对各种 类型和规模的金融企业特别是银行的充分有效的发展可以提供有效的理论支持。 具体内容包括：第1章简要论述问题提出、研究意义、研究思路和方法；第2章 就基本理论和文献进行综述和概括，为以后共生关系分析和共生能力评价提供基 础；然后从从理论上详细分析金融企业的共生动因、共生效应等；第3章，以银 行与保险企业、银行与竞争银行、中小型银行共生营销模式以及银行与中介机构 之间等方面共生关系阐述金融企业共生状况，主要分区域测算代表性银行间的共 生能力，评价了大型金融企业与中小型金融企业间的共生能力以及银行与非银行 金融企业间共生能力：基于共生理论的各个要素方面对金融企业发展提出建议性 意见，最后，给出结论和进一步研究方向。 关键词：金融企业；共生理论；共生能力；共生度；共生系数 山东大学硕士学位论文ABSTRACT 山东大学硕士学位论文 ABSTRACT In 2002，Yuan Chunqing introduced symbiotic theory to the financial enterprise res咖ch araas．In 2005，the former central bank governor Zhou Xiaochuan proposed the ¨harmony of financial”concept On the global financial seminar，aimed at discussion of financial enterprises within the industry and the financial survival of the fittest,the c‘3mmon activation,should be in a relatively harmonious symbiotic state．the symbiotic theory of nancial enterprises and the”harmonious financial”stress the symbiotic state have important theoretical and practical significance of the achievement of 0111 development of effective banking system．In this paper,by financial firms symbiotic theory,research,analysis of financial symbiosis because，producing conditions and the symbiotic effect analysis，itcan be studied business symbiotic unit,symbiotic environment,financial enterprises symbiotic mode and the financial enterprises symbiotic ability evaluation of all啦s and sizes of financial enterprises，especially the development of the bank’S full and effective theory can provide effective support．Topics include：Chapter l，in仃oducues the issues，research significance，literature review and content；Chapter2，discusses the basic theory of meaning corporate symbiosis，symbiotic theory,symbiosis symbiotic conditions and financial enterprises and enterprise clust
